Looking for what’s trending in the Melbourne and Sydney food scenes? Bloggers Nilu and Neil Noble of @SydneyFoodLover know what’s up! We sat them down to hear a little bit more about their foodie adventures.

Tell us about your blog and how you got started?
I have an Instablog (too lazy to have a proper blog) @sydneyfoodlover. It all started as a passion and an outlet to showcase my adventures. Now it continues to do exactly that, but has opened up so many opportunities, like meeting amazing people.

What do you love most about your job as a blogger?
I love the great places we get to go check out, and the incredible relationships that stem out of it. We recently went to Bali to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It was absolute bliss on every level. Here’s a quick post of us in the pool bar at FINNS drinking cocktails – having too much fun!

What are you drinking at the moment?
Currently anything with bubbles – love a bit of sparkling in this hot weather.

What’s your favourite cocktail to make at home?
Lychee and watermelon based drinks (I have a sweet tooth :P).

What tipples do you recommend?
Less is more – these cocktails are perfection in a glass and all I had to do was pour!
Melbourne Martini Salted Caramel
Melbourne Espresso Martini
The Everleigh Cocktail Set
