Everyone knows about the traditional Moscow Mule, (vodka, lime, and ginger beer, in that classic copper mug). However, why not shake things up a bit and replace the vodka for a punchier, peach-infused version. Bourbon and ginger already pair perfectly, while ginger and peaches are practically soulmates. It’s a no-brainer to combine all three of these together.

Method
Add bourbon, fresh peaches, lime juice, and ginger beer and blend with ice. Start on the lowest setting and increasing to the highest setting adding more ice if you desire a thicker consistency. Pour into copper mugs (or a cocktail glass for the majority of us, haha) and garnish with fresh sprigs of mint and lime wheels.
