Want to make a G&T even more refreshing? Well, stick in a pole and chuck it in the freezer! The trick to making a great G&T is having a good quality tonic, a premium gin, and fresh herbs or fruit as garnish. This frozen delight is perfect for basking in the sunshine. Stay cool as a cucumber everyone!
Approx. 1.2 standard drink | 5 minute

Ingredients
180ml gin
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
3 cups tonic water
Cucumber slices (for garnish)
Popsicle mould
Popsicle sticks

Method
Add limes, gin and tonic water to a large bowl. Stir all ingredients then pour them into a popsicle mould. Leave enough room at the top to add some cucumber slices and then cover and insert the popsicle sticks. Pop into the freezer for at least 6 hours, then enjoy!
