Want to make a G&T even more refreshing? Well, stick in a pole and chuck it in the freezer! The trick to making a great G&T is having a good quality tonic, a premium gin, and fresh herbs or fruit as garnish. This frozen delight is perfect for basking in the sunshine. Stay cool as a cucumber everyone!
Approx. 1.2 standard drink | 5 minute

180ml gin
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
3 cups tonic water
Cucumber slices (for garnish)
Popsicle mould
Popsicle sticks
