An icy glass of Aperol Spritz any day of the year. The thought of the Italian Prosecco with its light bubbly flavour, makes this thirst-quenching glass of happiness reminiscent of sunny afternoons and good times.

Ingredients
A few Ice Cubes
60ml Prosecco
90ml Aperol
30ml Soda Water

Method
1. Measure and pour Prosecco into a wine glass with ice.
2. Angle the glass and gently pour in the Aperol.
3. Top up with soda water & garnish with an orange slice.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
