Ice Cubes
60ml Prosecco
90ml Aperol
30ml Soda Water

Method
Measure and pour Prosecco into two chilled wine glasses. Angle the glass and gently pour in the Aperol. Top up with soda water. Garnish with orange slice and Spanish green olives. Serve immediately and enjoy!
