When it comes to a classic cocktail, nothing does it quite like a Negroni. Campari can be an acquired taste due to its bitterness, however, with the addition of sweet vermouth, the bitterness is subdued.
Ingredients
30ml Dry Gin
30ml Italian Rosso Vermouth
30ml Campari
1 large ice cube
Method
1. Add ingredients in an Old Fashioned/lowball/whisky glass with your ice cube and stir.
2. Enjoy!
Pro tip: if you want to reduce the bitterness of the cocktail, try sprinkling a little salt after stirring!
