If you're out of the Drop Zone, don't despair! We are expanding quickly and will be on our way to you soon. Our delivery radius spans inner-Melbourne and Sydney suburbs, which allows us to deliver on our promise of having your drinks to you within the hour. As we grow, so too will our Drop Zone. You can shoot us a request to add your suburb and you’ll be the first to know when we get there.
Our on-demand delivery promise is within the hour from the time you place the order, to the time we’re knocking on your door. For pre-orders, you can expect delivery from our tipple transporters within your selected hour on the date of your choosing.
At tipple, we've always got your back. Our tipple transporters start delivering as early as 12pm (noon), and clock off at 11pm, every day. We call last drinks at 10:30pm every night so we can meet our delivery promise at 11pm. We can’t bend on this; it’s the law, and we are serious about responsible service.
We want tipple to be as accessible as possible, so our minimum order is $30, for both on-demand and pre-orders.
It's 2016! Who carries cash these days? But in all seriousness, cash transactions just slow down the delivery process. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX). Paying by credit card is the best way to go and allows us to get your order to you in under 60 minutes, ensuring you can enjoy your tipple as quickly as possible.
We sure do! If you have a favourite tipple that we don’t stock, we’ll do our best to source it so we can bring it to you. Our range currently offers over 800 products and is constantly growing, so we encourage input from our customers to get you what you want.
We require your date of birth at registration to verify your age for deliveries. Remember, we are delivering alcohol, so it's in everyone's interest that we follow the law and execute responsible service.
We conduct quarterly recruitment drives to find the best transporters for tipple. CVs can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, and our Logistics Director will get in touch with shortlisted candidates ahead of the next recruitment drive. The more detail shared, the better. We're looking for the best transporters in town.
